FanDuel Group and Genius Sports have further expanded their existing partnership with the launch of a new streaming solution, NFL BetVision.

FanDuel and Genius are focused on the National Football League (NFL) and say NFL BetVision is designed to enhance the live betting experience.

BetVision’s integration with FanDuel Sportsbook allows fans to watch select NFL games in the app. FanDuel will also be able to add more features such as built-in odds, real game stats and graphical overlays.

Additionally, Genius will continue to provide FanDuel access to NFL Next Gen Stats (NGS) and the league’s official sports betting data feed. That’s genius exclusive distributor of the NFL’s official league data.

Brilliantness building on BetVision’s early success

The launch of NFL BetVision comes after Genius unveiled the original BetVision solution in September. BetVision was initially available at sports betting providers Caesars and Fanatics and has now expanded to FanDuel as an NFL offering.

According to Genius, since BetVision launched, the solution has helped increase in-game betting, customer engagement and customer loyalty.

“Working with FanDuel, we are proud to usher in a new era of sports betting experiences across North America,” said Mark Locke, CEO of Genius. “With increased demand for greater personalization and interactivity, BetVision is revolutionizing the live betting experience for FanDuel customers by helping to drive fan engagement and accelerate the growth of in-game betting.”

Mike Raffensperger, FanDuel’s chief commercial officer, added: “As the official sports betting partner of the NFL, we continue to look for ways to improve the betting experience on our platform for fans every game.”

“By partnering with Genius, we can combine our industry-leading product with access to BetVision to offer fans a seamless live betting experience.”

Continued NFL focus for Genius

The launch comes after Genius signed an extension to its strategic partnership with the NFL in July. The contract runs through the 2027-28 season, with Genius retaining exclusivity over official NFL data and video distribution.

This includes play-by-play statistics, proprietary NGS data and official sports betting data. Genius will continue to distribute this to media companies and sportsbooks around the world.

The deal also includes exclusive rights to distribute live, low-latency video feeds from NFL Watch & Bet to sportsbooks around the world.
