Record igaming and sports betting numbers pushed Pennsylvania gambling revenue to an all-time high of $5.70 billion (£3.50 billion/€5.24 billion) in 2023.

The 2023 figure was 9.3% higher than the existing record of $5.21 billion set in 2022. Total sales in Pennsylvania include slot machines, table games, sports betting, igaming, video game terminals (VGTs), and fantasy contests.

Physical slot machines continued to lead the way in terms of revenue in Pennsylvania, with revenue here increasing 3.1% to $2.46 billion. However, revenue from land-based table games fell 1.9% to $971.7 million.
